BANGKOK, THAILAND - MAY 11: Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban (C) leaves the Department of Special Investigations as he turned himself in to acknowledge complaints by relatives of victims killed during the April 10 clashes between anti-government 'Red Shirt' protesters and Thai security forces on May 11, 2010 in Bangkok, Thailand. Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva proposed a plan to the Red Shirts for a reconciliation which they have now accepted. The plan includes the dissolution of Parliament and new elections to be held in November. The government has also agreed to accept responsibility for a clash with troops in April that killed 26 people and return to air the TV channel People's Television. (Getty Images)
