I am not a doctor but this poor fellow will die within weeks of being undernourished and might be some illnesses like tuberculoses with 3 hospitals nearby: Bangkok Christian Hospital, Queen Sirikit Institute of Medicine / Red Cross Society and Chulalongkorn Hospital, all just at the other side of the road!!!
