PM's Office Minister Jakrapob Penkair is expected to resign today after pressure from military leaders and with police deciding to file a lese majeste charge against him. Mr Jakrapob's troubles came from a speech he made at the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Thailand on Aug 29 last year, where he spoke about the patronage system and democracy in Thailand.
