The U.N. climate panel, grouping more than 2,500 scientists, will issue a report in Bangkok on May 4 outlining ways governments can tackle climate change and how much it might cost. Scientists and representatives from more than 100 countries are meeting in the Thai capital to review and approve the draft, the third of four this year by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
